I was able to print out stickers, art prints, business cards, and shipping labels no problem. I had to repeat those steps three about three times before I could get it to work. Turn off the printer, unplug from power source, contact service provider) At the time, I didn't have the time to dig too much into the error, so just turning off the printer and unplugging it from the wall for a minute helped fix it every time. (Already looked into just buying a new one, unfortunatley, it seems they were discontinued and are almost impossible to find now)įor the last two-ish months, my printer has been randomly giving me the B200 error (Printer has encountered an error. It has just gave out on me, and I need a solution to fix it ASAP since December is my busiest month. I have a Canon PIXMA iX6820 printer, which I use for my Etsy business selling stickers and prints. Perhaps you folks will know something to try, because I am completely stumped.
Should I throw in the towel and just try buying a new print head for it? (Also sometimes makes a knocking noise 2-3 times on start up that it didn't before) Already tried manually cleaning print head twice, updating software, new ink, etc.
Most times it won't even finish spooling to print, it stops midway. It won't print anything, except for the occaisional nozzle test page when the conditions are just right. TL DR: My printer is having issues with the B200 error.
